If you want to fill your freezer this fall you can pre-order a half or whole pig. Availability is limited. Payment is due when you pickup. You can choose how the butcher cuts the meat and what type of sausage you prefer. Pigs are $6 per pound based on their hanging weight given to us by the butcher.  (pigs average hanging weight is approximately 200-250 lbs). Orders will be ready for pickup on September 15th and should be picked up promotly.
